Forest Heights is a residential development located on the east side of Beaumont just south of 50th Avenue. The community contains primarily low-density residential, which includes semi-estate, large single-family homes, smaller single-family homes and duplexes.
The natural large tree stand on the property has been incorporated into the design of the neighbourhood and this amenity has contributed to creating a high-quality community in Beaumont.
Forest Heights was able to offer residents with fully fibre optic – super high-speed internet. The development is home to the first resident in western Canada to have 1 GB internet.
Different ownership began construction of the neighbourhood in 2008, however the first stage had difficulty gaining momentum. Shortly after purchase, Avillia redesigned the entire neighbourhood with success and immediately noted positive results.
Forest Heights completed paving its final stage in October 2020. Nine Stages were completed over 8 years of development. The pace of development and sales have been high, which were attributed to a variety of home sizes, amenities such as trails and parks and the retention of a good portion of a large natural tree stand.
Forest Heights is a 9-stage development where the first 8 stages are complete and the last stage commenced construction in 2020.
