Commitment to the new residential, land development and commercial development industry is an integral part of Avillia’s mandate. Our team works closely with industry associations and municipalities to help drive developments that are mutually beneficial for both the local government as well as land developers and home builders. This in turn helps to benefit new home buyers in our communities as with working with government and industry associations, Avillia promotes community and economic growth.

We pride ourselves on being leaders in the land development industry. Our team members contribute in many ways, from holding association memberships to volunteering their time.
